About the role: Wilmington Academy is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Teacher of Design and Technology (Catering) that can inspire the creative minds of the future to join us from September 2022. The successful candidate will be passionate about their subject and have the ability to motivate, support and enthuse students. You will join a successful, established team working in a modern, well-equipped environment.
We are an IB World School delivering IB Design & Technology, Applied General Food & Nutrition and BTEC Engineering; training will be provided to upskill our successful candidate where necessary. Early Career Teachers (ECTS) are most welcome to apply, in addition to highly experienced teachers. Ideally, our successful candidate will have experience of delivering Hospitality and Catering courses, which are popular choices at KS4 and KS5.
The basis of this role is permanent, MPS/UPS commensurate with experience and we can offer either full-time or part-time.
