At Leigh Academy Snowfields, we believe every child deserves the chance to succeed, no matter the challenges they face. We’re looking for a passionate, dedicated, and inspirational SEN Teacher (Post 16) to join our team at Pathfinder College.

Pathfinder College supports young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through a carefully designed curriculum that bridges education, independence, and employability. Our Post-16 students follow a bespoke learning pathway focused on academic development, life skills, communication, emotional wellbeing, and preparation for adulthood, delivered through a Primary Teaching Model that ensures consistency, security, and personalised support.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a growing and innovative Post-16 provision, where learning is highly individualised and centred on helping students become confident, capable, and independent young adults.

Why Join Leigh Academy Snowfields at Cranbrook College?
✨ Outstanding Facilities: Teach in a modern, purpose-built environment designed to support high-quality SEN provision.

✨ Inclusive Culture: Work with a passionate and supportive team who share your commitment to inclusive education and celebrate every success, big or small.

✨ Professional Growth: Benefit from ongoing professional development and opportunities to shape innovative approaches to teaching within a forward-thinking academy trust.
