Although Snowfields Academy is a secondary setting, our new Minster Campus will operate on a primary model, providing a nurturing and integrated learning environment for our students. Your Impact:
We are specifically seeking candidates with a strong background in primary education, who are passionate about creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences. While experience with SEN is beneficial, it is not essential, as your primary experience will be highly valued in our unique new campus model. We’re seeking someone who:

Brings valuable primary teaching experience, ready to apply it in a specialist secondary setting.
Is adaptable and open to working in a range of subject areas, tailoring lessons to individual student needs.
Possesses strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
Is committed to creating an inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.
This is a permanent, full time position, offering MPS/UPS based on experience + SEN1 Allowance.
