Temple Hill Primary Academy is seeking to further increase its adult to child staffing ratio’s and expand our incredible team by recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join our staff on a fixed term Contract until 31st August 2026.
This role will be 8.30am – 3.30pm, 32.5 hpw over 5 days, 38 weeks per year.
Salary of £23,556 full time equivalent, pro rata salary £17,495.63

We have 900 pupils from Nursery to Year 6 with a Specialist Resource Provision for children with Speech & Language needs (SLCN). We offer a short-term Nurture placement for children with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties. 29% of children have special needs and 40% of children receive Pupil Premium funding. We pride ourselves on the high-quality provision we offer to all children especially those in vulnerable groups.
