• Your Subject Knowledge: This is a chance to talk about your academic background and how you plan to translate your subject expertise into effective and engaging classroom teaching.
• Your Experience: We’ll reflect on any previous experience you have with children or in educational settings, and what valuable lessons you’ve learned from it.

2. Understanding the Programme

This is your dedicated opportunity to get a comprehensive overview of what your teacher training year will look like. We’ll clearly explain:

• The Structure: Outlining the academic components, the school placement cycle, and how they fit together during the Initial Teacher Training (ITT) year.
• Our Expectations: Detailing the commitment, professionalism, and dedication required to successfully complete the training and become an excellent teacher.
• Support & Mentorship: Explaining the robust support network that will be there for you every step of the way, including your dedicated mentors and tutors.
