‘The quality of outcomes is good‘ – Ofsted November 2018
We are pleased to publish our most recent Ofsted ‘Initial teacher education inspection report’ in which KMT received ‘Good’ judgements in all areas.
The inspection was carried out over 2 stages. The first stage was on the 21st May 2018 with the second follow up stage on the 19th November 2018.
Praise for KMT and our trainees
Ofsted recognised the KMT leadership and our selection process and of course the hard work and commitment that our trainees exhibit.
“Leaders, in close cooperation with the hub schools, work very hard to attract quality trainees. Selection processes are thorough and demanding. Employment rates are above sector averages, with the majority of trainees staying on in partnership schools.”
“Trainees and NQTs are committed, reflective, resilient and determined to be the best they can. They are confident in implementing effective behaviour management strategies and ensuring that the pupils they teach have positive attitudes to their learning.”
