Job Summary: Fleetdown Primary Academy is looking for a permanent Part time Class Teacher to join a vibrant, hard-working, excellent team of teachers from 1st September 2024

This is a job share role and we can accommodate a 2, 2.5, or 3 days per week working pattern, which can be discussed at interview.

Every teacher is entitled to the best possible CPD. No teacher is ever left to plan alone. Reducing teacher workload and improving teacher well-being is a priority. Governance arrangements fully support the development of teachers, enabling them to concentrate on teaching and learning. A high priority is placed on developing the deeper learning of basic skills, whilst at the same time developing a broad and balanced curriculum of foundation subjects.  There are excellent opportunities for future career development across our schools.
