We have a fantastic opportunity to appoint a Teacher of Maths to join us from January 2026 and be part of a team that is truly changing lives and positively transforming the local community. Our successful candidate will quickly become an integral part of our department who have achieved great successes in recent years. We welcome candidates with a range of experience.
We are looking for someone who:
- Strong subject knowledge and curriculum expertise – able to plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons across KS3–KS5, ensuring challenge and progression for all learners.
- Effective pedagogy and classroom management – skilled in using a range of teaching strategies, assessment for learning, and behaviour management techniques to maintain a positive, disruption-free environment.
- Commitment to student progress and inclusion – able to identify gaps, support diverse needs (SEND, EAL, disadvantaged students), and foster resilience, independence, and confidence in mathematics.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering a salary of MPS/UPS + London Fringe allowance + a TLR for the right candidate, commensurate with experience.
