We are excited to announce a series of new roles that reflect our continued commitment to ensuring all students Belong and Achieve.  

As we expanded our team of Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA), we are seeking individuals who would like to specialise, and we are therefore seeking individuals for the following roles;

  • SEMH
  • Transition and Nurture
  • Speech, Language and Communication
  • Key Stage 3 Provision Coordinator
  • The Victory Harbour

As our HLTA you will support individual pupils or small groups to access the curriculum and engage fully in their learning.  Working alongside class teachers you will support in raising pupil attainment, promoting independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion.

What we are looking for:

HLTA qualification is desirable, or willingness to work towards it.
Experience supporting pupils in a primary school setting.
Passion for inclusive education and the ability to support all learners.
A collaborative team player with initiative and the ability to work independently.
Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and external professionals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
